Ready to get some help in your biz?

Just not quite sure how to make that happen? This is for you.

This self-paced course is for the small business owner looking for a step-by step, simple process for hiring independent contractors - from decoding if you’re ready to hire to having a fully functioning team, it’s all here.

Hey, I'm Cali

I'm a side hustler turned full-time biz coach, in part because I allowed myself to step into CEO and hire help.

That didn’t come without challenges though, hiring help is no joke. It took me a lot of time to figure out all the pieces to hiring.

Luckily for you, I did the digging (and even partnered with a reputable law firm to help us all out), so all you have to do is follow the steps and hiring will be a breeze.

I know what it’s like to have too much on your plate, to feel like you’ll never pull ahead, and to want desperately to have a team - I mean it when I say it’s possible for you. I’d be honored to help guide you to it.

This course is no fluff - it’s the shit you need to learn to hire independent contractors in your business, period.

Backed by an esteemed law firm (so you can be sure you’re legally covered) and tested by myself and others - this course will quickly get you past any blocks you have with hiring and into growing your business.

You’ll get taken through all the steps - from figuring out if you’re ready to hire now or need to plan a little more to interviewing, contracting, onboarding, and managing your independent contractors.

When you leave this course you’ll be refreshed, ready to hire, and excited for the opportunities it can bring (which are a TON - you know that we can only grow with help, right?).

Beyond feeling ready to go, you’ll also have:

  • Knowledge of ALL the steps (and in what order!) you need to take to hire your businesses’ first independent contractor(s).
  • A method for determining if you’re ready to hire, and what to hire for first.
  • A job description template so you don’t have to waste time creating your own from scratch.
  • Go-to guides for finding and interviewing candidates (you’ll get my fave interview questions I’ve been using successfully for years).
  • A contract template you can just tweak and send (literally a $450 value alone!)
  • An onboarding checklist to make starting your relationship with your new contractor a breeze.

I’m serious when I say that just going through these steps takes the anxiety and guesswork out of hiring.

Plus, you can use what you receive in this course again and again, each time you hire!

Still unsure? Well let’s start here, does any of this sound familiar?:

  • You’re overwhelmed, but it’s also overwhelming to do what it takes to find help, so you just keep pushing on alone.
  • Burnout is creeping in, you have a ton to do, you know others can help - but how to even start?!
  • You have a lot to learn when it comes to hiring. You’re unsure what you have to do legally and financially (contracts, taxes, HR concerns, oh my!).
  • You aren’t sure where to even find good people anymore - where is everyone hiring from?
  • You know you need a contract (for yourself and your help), but ugh, aren’t those expensive?
  • Maybe you don’t have a lawyer or accountant and everyone seems to tell you you need one before you can hire, but you want to get moving!
  • You’re busy, period. Who has time to research all this stuff about hiring?!

You know that if you were just able to get some help, you could feel some relief, your biz could grow, and you’d actually feel like a CEO - right?

If any of that feels true - then I invite you to listen to it and get the shortcut to hiring success - this course.
